News from Student MC

Starting this coming October 1st, you can find us in the Vaccination Centre on the Wageningen Campus at Plantage 8. This is already a familair place for many. We are currently busy behind the scenes with preperations to ensure the transition runs as smoothly as possible.

The same high-quality care, a different location!

Our reception opening hours are changing. From October 2026, the reception will be open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 09:00 and from 13:15 to 14:00 for handing in urine samples, collecting culture kits and collection letters. Due to data protection legislation, it is no longer possible to book appointments or ask medical questions at the reception desk. Appointments can only be booked by telephone or online. Medical questions can be asked by telephone or via an e-consultation.  

From February 2024, we will use the digital assistant.

You can leave a callback request with the digital assistant. We will call you back in the agreed time block.  You can choose to leave a callback request at two times. When the phone is busy and when the assistants are busy with other tasks. 

In this way, we try to increase patient satisfaction, reduce waiting times on the phone and spread the peak load within the practice.
